105 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Guide
This document sets out the terms and rules governing the use of the 105 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 105 platform in any way, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use this platform.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 105. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. Users are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
This platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 105 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.

2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on 105. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
During registration, users are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Any false or misleading information submitted during registration or at any point thereafter constitutes a breach of these Terms, and 105 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 105 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account if such access results from your own negligence in safeguarding your login information.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 105 platform agree to comply with all rules and guidelines set out herein. Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, fraud, money laundering, or other harmful activities is strictly prohibited.

- Attempting to hack, modify, or disrupt platform systems
- Sharing your account with others
- Abusing bonuses or promotions dishonestly
- Making fraudulent or misleading transactions
- Distributing harmful or obscene content through the platform
- Complying with all applicable Malaysian laws
- Providing accurate information during identity verification
- Reporting any suspicious activity to customer support
- Using the platform for lawful purposes only
- Respecting the rights of other users and platform staff
105 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these Terms and to take appropriate action without being obligated to provide reasons to the user concerned.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 105 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that their chosen payment method is valid and registered in their own name.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method and are subject to change without prior notice. Up-to-date information on transaction limits is available in your account section after logging in. Accepted payment methods include FPX internet banking, local e-wallets, and bank transfers.
Withdrawal of winnings is subject to a verification process, the duration of which varies depending on the method chosen. 105 reserves the right to delay or reject a withdrawal if any conditions remain unmet, suspicious activity is detected, or identity verification is incomplete.
Any taxes, service fees, or charges imposed by your bank or third-party payment providers are solely your responsibility. 105 does not cover any additional fees charged by third parties during the transaction process.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
105 Liability Limits
The 105 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no express or implied warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law, 105 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
Under no circumstances shall 105's total maximum liability to any user exceed the amount paid by that user to the platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
105 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that a user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform for unlawful purposes.
Users whose accounts are terminated due to a violation may be ineligible to re-register or use the platform in the future. In cases of account closure without a breach, any valid remaining balance will be processed for refund in accordance with established procedures.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the 105 platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, and interface designs — is the exclusive property of 105 or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or republish any platform content without prior written consent from 105.
The 105 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. Such links are provided solely for users' convenience and do not constitute an endorsement of or responsibility by 105 for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
105 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users will be notified of material changes via in-account notifications or email. These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
